Following the conclusion of the pre-application consultation with residents and other stakeholders, which ended on 6 March, Bloor Homes submitted an outline planning application for Phase One of Willowbrook in April 2026. As the application goes through the planning process, there will be further opportunities to comment on the proposal, including during the formal planning consultation organised by Tewkesbury Borough Council.
